The deal with sunscreen is you have to actually rub it in, not just slather it on your hand and stick it in one spot.

Sports fans will do anything for their teams — even paint the word “Czech” on their chests in sunscreen to reveal this burn after game day.

Hey, we totally don’t judge you for cross dressing. But we do for not wearing SPF while doing it.

Hot Seat! How Long Will These Coaches Be Employed?

Mike Shanahan

You remember December 31, 2012 don't you? The Day That Will Live in Infamy?

Well, at least it was for the seven NFL coaches who were fired that day, and that doesn't even include the five General Managers. In all, eight coaches were canned after the season ended, when Jacksonville let its coach go after "Black Monday."

Some of the coaches in this story will almost certainly not be around after this coming season, others might be around and still others will still be hanging on by their fingernails.

Who knows, one or two may be the toast of the town and I'll look like an idiot. If you have any thoughts, other than the idiot thing, feel free to express them openly and without fear of retribution.

Super Easy Toenail Designs: Watch These GIFs for the DIY!

A shortcut to the perfect summer pedicure, these toenail design how-tos are equal parts cute and easy

By Amanda Hawkins - June 5, 2013

From sandy beaches to flip flops that expose your toes to pretty much everything, sometimes summer pedicures barely last a week. To keep your tips looking fresh try one (or all!) our favorite pedi quick-changes.

To DIY, simply choose a rainbow of five colors and paint each toe a different hue. The effect looks really on trend, but takes no extra time than a standard pedi.

Subtle, but really fun, a glittery diagonal effect starts with a coat of nude polish. After it's completely dry, position a strip of tape across the top. Paint glitter polish on the exposed part of the nail, and then peel away the tape. The result is nude with a little attitude.

A topcoat of matching glitter adds dimension to a plain pedicure. Begin with a bright color (such as the orange we used here) and select a glitter in the same color family (we went with gold).

Start with day-old white nails and select two or more colors for dots. Choose complementary hues (think shades or blue and green) or contrasting colors like blue and orange dots. Drop blobs of nail polish on a scrap of paper. Dip a small brush (a pointed Q-tip also works) into the nail polish and paint tiny dots on your toenails.
