It’s President’s Day holiday this weekend and what better way to celebrate this country’s rich history of great leaders than to eat a bunch of delicious BBQ with Willy Santos? Let’s hope that the event is not limited to just American BBQ, but some sarap Filipino BBQ. I would also love to see some variations of succulent pig like a roasted lechon, some lechon kawali, and perhaps some crispy pata or PIG KNUCKLE. That would truly be a treat.
